PredictionMarket Radar is research software for parsing prediction-market questions, aggregating independent AI-assisted probability estimates, comparing market gaps, and organizing evidence cards. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, payment processor, or trading system.

No financial advice

Outputs are informational and may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for independent review, source verification, legal compliance, and any decision you make. The service does not recommend or execute trades.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and only with data you are authorized to submit. You may not abuse, attack, reverse engineer, resell access without permission, submit malicious content, or use the service to manipulate markets, evade platform rules, or commit unlawful activity.

Plans and billing

Paid plans unlock tracked market limits, refresh frequency, export features, and hosted workflow access. Annual billing is discounted compared with monthly billing. Pricing and plan limits may change prospectively.

NOWPayments checkout

NOWPayments provides hosted crypto payment processing. Crypto transactions may be irreversible and may involve network fees, exchange-rate movement, or confirmation delays. Access may remain pending until payment confirmation is received.

Refunds

Because digital access can begin immediately after payment confirmation, refunds are handled case by case where required by law or where a duplicate, failed, or clearly erroneous charge is verified. Contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days with your order details. We do not guarantee refunds for market losses, forecast disagreement, blockchain fees, or price volatility.

Intellectual property

The website, software, workflow design, text, visual assets, and reports are owned by PredictionMarket Radar or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, while granting us the rights needed to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost profit, lost data, market, trading, or business losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
